VBiz is an all-in-one platform which enables Corporate and SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) users to open, manage and transact from their V accounts. It offers unmatched convenience while allowing users to perform transactions and other functions on their account in the comfort of their homes and offices.

You can access the VBiz portal via the VBiz website (https://vbiz.ng/) or by typing the direct URL (https://vbiz.vfdbank.com/) in your device browser.

  • Visit the VBiz website on https://vbiz.ng/ and click Sign in.
  • Input your login email, password and click Log in. If correct details are provided, you will be able to view your dashboard and perform transactions.

You can register on the VBiz portal by following the steps below:

  • Visit the VBiz website and click Open Account.
  • Select Sign Up and select your preferred means of onboarding.

       – Open new account

       – Create profile – for existing corporate customers.

  • Follow the prompts to complete the process.

The required details may vary depending on your preferred registration flow. Below captures the required details for each registration option:

For existing account holders

  • VBank corporate account number.
  • Company management’s details (Name, phone number and email).
  • Account operators’ details (BVN, Valid ID number, phone number and email).

For Registered Companies who want to open account:

  • Company details (CAC number, CAC Documents, TIN, valid utility bill).
  • Company Management details (signature, BVN, valid ID number, phone, and email).
  • Account operators’ details (BVN, valid ID number, phone, and email).
  • 2 References (name and email address)

You can view all the users that have access and roles on your company account under User Management. The Super Admin can also perform some actions on any of the users. Some of these actions include:

  • Create new user/s.
  • Disable/enable/block users.
  • Change user roles.

Two types.

  • Sole Operator – one person will have all roles (super admin, initiator, and authorizer).
  • Multiple operators – there will be other users with different roles. (Initiator/Verifier/Authorizer/Viewer).

You can assign any of the roles below to your users on VBiz.

  • Initiator: this user can initiate and submit transactions. However, these transactions will only be processed after approval.
  • Verifier: this user can review and validate transactions submitted by the initiator. This role cannot initiate or approve transactions.
  • Viewer: this user is only able to login and see what is happening on the platform but is unable to initiate or approve transactions.
  • Authorizer: this user can only approve transactions on the platform but cannot initiate transactions.
  • Super admin: this user can create other users and assign roles to them but cannot initiate or approve any transaction unless user also has these roles. The Super Admin role is automatically assigned to whoever initiates and completes the companies onboarding process.

Yes. A single user can have more than one role based on the account workflow set by the Super admin.

You will need your 4-digit PIN (set up during onboarding) and OTP (one time passcode) sent to your registered phone number and email to authorize a transaction.

Login to VBiz and follow these steps.

  • Click on Analytics and Reports.
  • Select Request Account Statement.
  • Select account and date range.
  • Choose document format and submit. Statement will be sent to your registered email address.

Yes you can add multiple companies on the same portal and have access to all. To add a new company, follow these steps.

  •  Login to VBiz.
  • Select Add Company (top right of the page).
  • Select how you would like to add the company.
  • Follow the prompts to complete the process.

You can reset your password from the VBiz login page by following these steps.

  • Click on Forgot Password on the login page.
  • Input your email address and click Reset Password.
  • Open the email sent to your address and click on the link.
  • Set up your new password and login.

Yes there are.

  • ₦10 for interbank transfer.
  • ₦4 for SMS charge.
  • ₦50 for stamp duty charge for inflows of ₦10,000 and above.
